Hello thanks for stopping by. To tell you a little about us, my husband and I he use to be in the ARMY. We have been together for 6 years and enjoy pets. We use to adopt, care and train dogs. Right now we have put that on hold til we can get back on our feet.
My husband was medically discharged from the ARMY March 07. With them not giving him a percentage. We had just bought a house before he got out. A year after he got out we finally got a letter from VA stating they were going to give him a percentage. 500$ a month but he won't start receiving it until July 2014. Yes 2014. Were thinking they decided this because he did get a severance check when he got out of 10,000 dollars. Yea that sounds like a lot but when I met him he was so far in credit card debt that's all that paid for. Anyways were about to lose our home. We are 4 months behind on our mortgage. About 5,000 including late fees.
I do work full time but it's just enough to keep food on the table and our lights on. My husband worked at the place my dad worked last summer but they laid him off due to seasonal help. Well then he took a 2$ pay cut and that was just enough to pay our mortgage. Then he went to fedex understanding that he would be full time. Well they cut him lose at the beggining of January due to seasonal help. Then he got a job at a dealership and that was ok but not the greatest. They didn't pay him his money and told him he had to wait til next check. Which would have been a month from then. He only got paid once a month. We couldn't do that they expected us to live off of 50$ til his next check. So he quit hoping to find a different job. Well he hasn't yet and We just got our almost forclosure letter in. We're doing all of this paperwork trying to save our home. But sounds like it's not going well. And if it is we'll still have to get caught up.
